No stranger to controversy, Sam Peckinpah's Straw Dogs (1971) examines the nature of man, marriage, and more. The film stars Dustin Hoffman as David Sumner, a mathematician who moves to the south of England with his native wife, Amy (Susan George) where he upsets the status quo. The situation erupts in violence and terror.

DJ MR James Love this podcast and this episode in particular. One comment though...specifically to Mike. Can you please do some sort of sound mixing to your mic? Your "S" sounds are always so shrill. When I move the volume down enough so that its palatable, the normal voices of everyone else are too low. This is pretty consistent for all episodes.
