The film centers on a blind, gun-toting obsessive (Rick Dean) who takes a strip club hostage. Doesn't sound like much does it? Well, a lot of people like you thought that as the film came to video stores in the mid '90s. Little did all of you know, that you missed one of the greatest B-movies of all time.
