  1. I love this movie. The storyline, set up, cinematography and performances are so good...and yet so...off. I remember seeing this movie right after it was released on VHS (I unfortunately lived nowhere close to an arthouse) and not being able to get it out of my head for days. Julian Sands was perfectly cast for this role and I can't imagine any other actor playing Nick. Sure, a lot of flaws in this movie, but the end result is satisfying. Needs a proper Blu-Ray release with all of the extras.
